Return & Refund Policy

All Returns Must Be Complete & In Their Original Unused Condition.
  • If you have ordered something in error please contact us within two hours on 020 8372 5926 to review the order, after this time we cannot guarantee the order can be changed without incurring cancellation charges but we will do our best to help.
  • If you return only a selected item/items from a bundle or multi-buy promotion such as: ‘3 for 2’ or ‘buy one get one half price’, you will lose all savings from the promotional offer and your refund amount will be partial, which will result in the kept item/items being charged at full price.
  • You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty.  We offer a full refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.  We will then refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.  
  • If you buy an item, and later discover damage or a fault, we will repair or replace it. You can still reject the item after it has been repaired or replaced. The item must be returned within 14 days, or we may ask for photographic evidence.
Exchanges
  • If you have ordered the wrong size of a Body Helix support, we will exchange it free of charge, simply return the item with the packing slip stating ‘exchange for __’ and state the size you wish to change to.
Compex Hire Terms & Conditions
Compex/Artromot Hired Returns
  • Hired devices are to be returned by the end of the hire period at the cost of the customer. Late returns will be charged a further fee based on the original hire period and price.  We recommend using a tracked service with insurance to the full purchase value, items are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • The hire price includes up to 30 minutes demonstration by our Physiotherapist (value £50). Early returns, where a refund of hire charges has been agreed, may incur a consultation fee to this value.  
Hired Items - Purchase or Upgrade

If you have hired a device and would like to keep it or upgrade it to a higher specification device e.g. a hired SP4.0 upgrade to an SP6.0 or SP8.0 we will offset any hire charges against the purchase price.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel online purchases up to 14 days after purchase.  Where you have chosen an expedited delivery service these fees will not be refunded.  You are liable for the return postage charges.  These fees also apply to parcels returned to us where it has not been possible for our postal service to deliver the goods.
