Each 25 grams (approx. 1 level scoop) provides:
Cross-Flow Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Isolate*	18.75 g
Cross-Flow Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate*	3 g
Natural Flavours: vanilla and caramel
L-Glutamine	1252 mg
Free Form BCAAs: leucine, valine, isoleucine	375 mg
(125 mg of each added per serving)
Bulking Agent: soya lecithin

*Supplying ß-lactoglobulin, a-lactalbumin, casein glycomacropeptide, immunoglobulin, bovine serum albumin, residual caseins, protease peptides, and lactoferrin.

FREE OF: Wheat, Gluten, Artifical Flavours and Sweeteners

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, add 25 grams (approx. 1 level scoop) to 237 ml of water, milk or your favourite juice and stir briskly or blend with fresh fruit.
