Appointment Cancellations

Credit or Debit card details are required at the time of booking to secure appointments, there is a minimum of twenty four hours notice required to cancel or re-schedule appointments or the full fee will be charged, this applies to all booking whether new or follow-up appointments. Under certain circumstances this fee may be waived at our discretion.


Payment at the clinic can be made by cash or credit/debit card. Payment for online orders can be made by credit/debit card either through PayPal or over the phone, by faster payments bank transfer or telephone by PayM or Pingit to 07958 412663 quoting your order number.


If you have ordered something in error please contact us within two hours on 020 8372 5926 to review the order, after this time we cannot guarantee the order can be changed without incurring cancellation charges but we will do our best to help.


Deliveries of small packages are usually by Royal Mail 1st class signed for which are usually next day but may take up to three days, larger items are delivered by courier on a two to five day service, please make sure someone is available to receive parcels at the delivery address, non-delivered parcels returned to us will be subject to cancellation charges.

Faster delivery

Guaranteed Next day deliveries are available for an extra fee before 2pm Monday to Friday, please choose the appropriate service from the delivery options menu.

Hire Returns

Devices that are hired for rehabilitation are to be returned by the end of the hire period, late returns will be charged a further fee based on the original hire period and price. Devices not returned within six weeks of the hire period ending will be deemed to have been purchased and should not be returned as there will be no refund of the deposit.


You have the right to cancel online purchases up to 14 days after purchase, where our carriage charges have been included in the purchase price and we reserve the right to charge a £5 or 5% handling fee whichever is greater to cover postage, packing and insurance charges we may have paid.  You are liable for the return postage charges.  These fees also apply to parcels returned to us where it has not been possible for our postal service to deliver the goods.

Data protection

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only our employees have access to this information. All emails from this site are unique to your specific request. No recurring emails or newsletters will be sent to the email addresses provided unless you asked to be signed up. At no time is your personal information liable to be transmitted or sold to a third party.

Confidentiality & Medical Records

The practice complies with data protection and access to medical records legislation. Identifiable information about you will be shared with others in the following circumstances:

  • To provide further medical treatment for you e.g. from your General Practitioner, for MRI or other imaging investigations or tests.

Practitioners and administration staff require access to your medical records in order to do their jobs. These members of staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as your practitioner.

Access to Records

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Access to Health Records Act, patients may request to see their medical records. Such requests should be made through the practice manager, no information will be released without the patient’s consent unless we are legally obliged to do so.
